Returns

Yes, you can return your order if you’re not satisfied. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt under the following conditions:

 

• The order includes all original parts, components, and packaging.

• The product shows signs of normal use; damage from careless handling is excluded.

• Products with hygiene considerations have been thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return.

• The product was found to be defective upon receipt.

 

Please be aware that we reserve the right to charge for return shipping costs. Returns will be processed within 7 business days. If the conditions are met, you will receive official confirmation within this period. We reserve the right to refuse returns if items are used or damaged through no fault of ours.

 

How to Return Your Order

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

 

• Email us at: info@garnettstore.com

• Include the following information in your email: Order number, reason for return, a photo of the product, your first and last name, and your address.

• We will respond with the return address. Please do not send returns to the sender’s address; we will provide the correct address upon your request. The cost of returning the product is your responsibility.

 

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order during the processing period, please note that a $20 restocking fee will apply. This fee helps cover the administrative costs associated with preparing your order. Once the processing period has passed and your order has shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible.

 

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer who makes a purchase for predominantly non-commercial or non-professional purposes, you have the right to withdraw from the contract under the following terms:

 

Cancellation Conditions

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you, or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier), receive or accept the last goods. Due to our automated system, we cannot interrupt the shipping process once an order is placed, and refunds are not possible upon receipt of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Garnett) of your decision via a clear statement (e.g., by email). The withdrawal is complete when we receive the returned goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

 

Shipments in Transit

As our goods are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer and beyond our control. Cancellation is not possible once the goods are in transit. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. You can inform us of your cancellation in advance. For the fastest return, please send us a shipping confirmation.

 

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal notification and the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed; you will not incur any fees for this repayment.

 

All returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
